MENTISERA (SMC-Private) Limited believes that technology and education must serve people, equity, and long-term societal well-being. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are designed to expand access to knowledge, digital skills, and ethical technology practices, particularly for youth, women, educators, and underserved communities.

MENTISERA Digital Educators Fellowship (MDEF)
Our flagship 6-month online training program designed to transform traditional teaching into future-ready digital education. Educators gain hands-on experience in:

- Internet ethics, governance, and cybersecurity awareness
- Educational innovation and content design
Women in Digital Education Program (WDEP)
Under our gender equity agenda, the Women in Digital Education Program provides women teachers, trainers, and entrepreneurs with advanced digital skills and leadership training.
